Youth development

RDL has championed the development and operation of Apprenticeships within the UK recruitment industry.  RDL now provides more than twenty Apprenticeships each year and Stuart Britton is a member of the Apprenticeship Ambassador Network, providing leadership, advice and support to other recruitment businesses looking to develop opportunities for young people in the UK.
