In October 2010, the current Executive Directors of RDL Corporation undertook a management buy-out from the previous owners with the support of Matrix Private Equity Partners, a successful private equity investor based in the UK which has c. £120m under management.
With the financial backing of Matrix PEP, RDL is investing in additional staff resources to grow business organically and in new sectors. It is also actively looking for acquisitions and other investment opportunties within the professional recruitment marketplace.
RDL has a financial year ending 31st December and key financial highlights are shown below:
