Our mission at RDL Corporation is simple. We nurture and grow recruitment specialists. Through investing in the companies that are part of our group and attracting and developing key individuals that manage and recruit within these brands, we are growing a strong portfolio of specialist recruitment services that are adding value to many of the largest companies in the world. We have significant growth plans that see the companies within RDL Corporation becoming the number one choice for recruitment services, within their focus clients in Europe, within three years. Within another three years we plan to have a global footprint.
Our current brands are receiving investment in terms of technology, infrastructure, training, resourcing and marketing and we have significant funding in place to develop additional revenue streams – either through acquisition or through funded start-ups. In particular we welcome talented individuals with a track record in specialist professional skill recruitment, to join our group and help build themselves a future.
